At Live Tinted, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack Your Products
Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
